2013-2014 W&DCA U14s PREMIERS
This week we’re on the lookout for a high resolution photo of the victorious 2013-2014 Premiership Team in the Under 14s, led by Captain Ben IRVINE and Coach Lee FRASER. “The Lakers” won the toss and batted first with IRVINE (44) and James JORDON (50) top scoring as openers putting on 101 for the first wicket. Brock MCCABE (38) and Finn O’DWYER (27) added to the opening stand, with some big hitting, while Ned MULLINS made a handy cameo with 12 at the closing.
With 234 on the board, “the Lakers” steam rolled City Colts to have them all out for 85.
Both Ben and Nick IRVINE, along with Hayden CARTWRIGHT collected 2 wickets each, with Brock MCCABE proving the all-rounder with a game high 3 wickets.
Others to feature were Corey MCINTOSH, Jayanna SHARP, Jack KENNEDY, Preet PATEL, Bailey FRAUENFELDER & Dylan BEAVIS.
